Die Kreativen Trier is an open, dynamic and interdisciplinary network for the cultural and creative industries in the Trier region. Verena Landgraf-Freudenreich has been an active member of the organisation team since 2014. The network considers itself as a meeting point for the regional creative industries. Through its regular events, including the monthly „Netzwerkgespräche“, the network tries to gain better understanding of the creative industries in Trier and to generate insightful learning for its networkers.

In cooperation with the Wirtschaftsförderung of Trier, Die Kreativen Trier has established the „Cross-Learning Trier“ series. Here, under the aspect of „long-life learning“, knowledge for the creative and cultural industries is provided and shared for free.

Once a year, the network participates in the worldwide event „Help-Portrait“ and organises this event in Trier. For one day, volunteers work hand in hand doing hair, make-up and taking pictures of people in need. The aim is to show people appreciation and to give them a pleasant day.
